Bacon Cheddar Jalapeno Poppers





INGREDIENTS:
8 ounce package shredded Cheddar cheese
8 ounces softened cream cheese
6 jalapeno peppers, seeded and halved
12 slices bacon, cut in half


DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the broiler.
2. Blend the cheeses together in a small bowl.
3. Stuff the halved jalapenos with cheese mixture.
4. Wrap the jalapeno halves with the bacon slices, securing with a toothpick, if necessary. 
5. Place on a cooling rack on a medium baking sheet. 
6. Broil 5 to 10 minutes or until the bacon is evenly browned.
